Edamame is pack with protein and is a great healthy snack any time of the day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup thawed shelled edamame
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese

Toss edamame in olive oil and onion salt, making sure the are well coated.

In a lightly greased cake barrel, air fry at 400F (200C) for 13-15 minutes, stirring 2-3 time in between, until the beans are golden brown. While still hot, sprinkle Parmesan cheese onto edamame.

Let cool completely before serving.
