This Korean inspired dish is mildly hot and spicy. The kimchi and its sauces makes the pork slices flavorful and delicious!

Ingredients for the pork:

  • 1 Pound pork shoulder thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Korean hot pepper paste
  • 1/4 cup of the liquid from Kimchi jar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 Tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch

Other ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Kimchi sliced
  • 1/4 Cup green onion cut into 1 inch pieces

Pork shoulder cut into thin slices and marinate with Kprean hot pepper paste, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, liquid from kimchi jar, and corn starch for at least half hour.

Put the meat in the lightly greased cake barrel and air fry at 380F (190C) for 12-14 minutes, stir 2-3 in between, for about 12-14 minutes. When there’s about 5 minutes left, add the kimchi slices and green onion into the and air fry until the pork slices are fully cooked.
