    Description

    We’ve keto-fied your breakfast skillet for when you need something hearty.


    Ingredients

    • 1 daikon (340 g), peeled and shredded
    • 2 eggs, whisked
    • 4 slices of bacon, diced
    • 1 clove of garlic, peeled and minced
    • 1 teaspoon (2 g) of onion powder
    • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) of avocado oil, to cook with
    • Salt and pepper, to taste

    Instructions

    1. Place the shredded daikon in a towel and squeeze to try to remove as much moisture as possible.
    2. Mix all the ingredients together.
    3. Add avocado oil to the frying pan or skillet.
    4. Pour the mixture in and cook until browned.  Break into large pieces and flip over and brown the other side.
