Unlike other types of peppercorns, the Sichuan peppercorns gives a little tingling and numbing sensation to the lips and tongues. Once you start eating these peanuts, it’s hard to stop. These spicy peanuts are quite irresistible!
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup skinless raw peanuts
- 2 Tablespoon Sichuan peppercorns (crushed)
- 1 teaspoon chili oil
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon dried chili sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
Mix together all the ingredients and air fry at 320F (160C) for 12-14 minutes, stirring 2-3 times in between until peanuts are cooked.
Let cool completely before serving.
