Tender and juicy chicken thigh marinated and glazed with savory and mildly sweet sauce will make you say “more rice please”!

Ingredients:

  • 6 skinless boneless thighs
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 Tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon dried basil

Mix together all the ingredients for the marinade.

Use 3/4 of the marinade to marinate the chicken for at least one hour in the refrigerator.

Line the air fryer basket with a lightly greased aluminum foil. Place the chicken thighs on the foil without stacking and air fry at 380F (190C) for a total of about 12-14 minutes. When it’s half way through, flip the thighs and brush the top with marinade and continue to air fry until internal meat temperature is at least 165F (74C).

Save the drippings on the aluminum foil and use it to drizzle over the chicken or rice if desired.
