This tasty, healthy, and nutritious cookie is flour-less and is perfect for an on-the-go breakfast or snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tablespoon applesauce
  • 2 Tablespoon almond milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 bananas mashed
  • 1 Cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Mix the egg, apple sauce, almond milk, cinnamon and vanilla extract together then add in the banana and oats. When well incorporated, fold in the walnuts and chocolate chips.

In a parchment paper lined air fryer basket, use a spoon to scoop one spoonful of the batter mix on to the paper. Air fry at 300F (150C) for 15 minutes, flip once, until cookies are golden brown.

Let cool completely before serving.
