Easy delicious beef stir fry with simple ingredients.

Ingredients for the beef:

  • 1 Pound flank steak thinly sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 Tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 3 Tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon rice wine
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch

Ingredient for the sauce:

  • 3 Green onions, cut into one inch pieces
  • 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon rice wine

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the beef for about 15-20 minutes.

In a light greased cake barrel, air fry the beef at 380F (190C) for about 9 minutes, flip 2 times in between.

In the meantime, mix together all the ingredients for the sauce.

Pour the sauce into the cake barrel and mix with the beef slices. Air fry again at 380F (190C) for another 3 minutes.
