    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup hot pepper sauce
    • 38 RITZ Crackers, finely crushed
    • 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp. paprika
    • 1/8 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
    • 8 chicken wings (2 lb.), separated at joints, tips discarded

      Instructions

      • HEAT  oven to 350°F.
      • SPRAY  baking sheet with cooking spray. Pour hot pepper sauce into a small bowl. Combine cracker crumbs and dry seasonings in a shallow dish.
      • DIP  chicken, 1 piece at a time, into hot pepper sauce, then crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each chicken piece with each ingredient. Place in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
      • BAKE  35 to 40 min. or until chicken is golden brown and done, turning after 20 min.
