  • 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) of chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) of cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 g) of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) of ginger powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 g) of Chinese five-spice seasoning

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Cut the beef steaks into large cubes and place them into a large bowl.
    2. Sprinkle over the seasonings and salt. Drizzle over the olive oil and tamari. Use clean hands to mix the marinade into the beef cubes. Cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for 45-50 minutes.
    3. If using wooden skewers, soak them for a little while in the water, then drain. Thread the beef cubes compactly onto the 4 skewers.
