Make your own, low-sugar version of a coffee house chocolate chip frap. Recipe courtesy of Cynthia Sass, RD.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 oz Cold Brewed Coffee
- 4 oz Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1 oz 85% Cocoa Extra Dark Chocolate
- 1 tsp Pure Tahitian Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tbsp Coco Whip!
DIRECTIONS
1Add coffee, unsweetened coconut milk, dark chocolate, and pure vanilla extract to a blender. Blend on high until smooth (no lumps).
2Pour drink into a tall glass and add coconut whipped topping.
3ENJOY!
