INGREDIENTS

    • 2 beets
    • 1 lemon, peeled
    • 1 1/2-inch slice fresh ginger
    • 1 carrot
    • 1 cup or 3 leaves kale (stems included)

PREPARATION

Put all the ingredients through a juicer. Alternate between harder foods, like beets and carrots, and kale to help move everything through smoothly.
